This Cycle of Vipassana Meditation Seminar is designed to deepen the understanding and practice of Vipassana meditation, a technique that promotes insight into the nature of reality through mindfulness and self-observation. This 4th cycle of the seminar will focus on enhancing participants' meditation experiences. There also will be some Bodywork and introduction to Understand Better Our Relationships!
